Management Team

Teri Carpenter wears many hats at TD Carpenter & Associates, specializing in the sales, implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, and numerous third party products that integrate with these solutions. Teri also develops customer solutions including integrations to existing mission critical applications, and provides support services including business process review, process development and other consulting services. She received her education at Antioch University in Seattle, earning a BA in Business Management and later achieving a wide range of technical certifications as a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Business Manager and Dynamics GP expert. With more than 33 years of experience in the technology industry, Teri is an invaluable member of our team. When she’s not assisting our clients with expert service and support, her hobbies and interests include sewing, needlework, gardening and remodeling.

Debbie McGeady specializes in the implementation, development and support of Microsoft solutions including Dynamics GP, SQL Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Reporting Services, FRx, Crystal Reports, Integration Manager, Smart Connect, Extender, SharePoint, Project Accounting, Grant Management and numerous third party products that integrate with these solutions. She is also experienced in ASP.NET and Business Objects Enterprise/dashboard, BI. After studying Information Technology at the University of Maryland, Debbie went on to achieve the following technical certifications: MCSE, MCDBA, and becoming Dynamics GP and CRM certified. With more than 20 years of IT industry experience, Debbie is the consultant you can count on for reliable, cost-effective technology solutions. In her time away from the office, Debbie enjoys reading and bowling.

As our Senior Consultant, Tracy Hipps is an experienced instructor with deep SQL server expertise, ranging from database administration to performance tuning & capacity monitoring, SQL server security, backup & recovery, script writing, maintenance, programming and integration. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from NC State University, numerous technical certifications and brings over 15 years of experience to our company. In his free time, Tracy’s hobbies include dancing, hiking, British comedies and travel.

Responsible for sales, marketing, project management, and business processes, Justin applies his years of experience to help shape the growth of CAI.  Working closely with Teri, Justin drives the relationships with the 3^rd party channel partners.  Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology allows him to provide valuable business process consulting for our partners. Project management keeps Justin close to both the customer and the team to help assure the best support possible.
